Voraussetzungen / Organisatorisches

Im Wesentlichen umfasst Projektmanagement die folgenden 5 Prozessgruppen:

1. Initiating (Projektauftragsklärung, Requirements Engineering, Stakeholderanalyse, Risikoidentifikation)
   
2. Planning (Projektorganisation, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten, Scope-Planning, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) oder Projektstrukturplan (PSP), Ressourcenbedarf, Zeitplanung, Kostschätzung, Risikomanagement)
   
3. Executing (Projektdurchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Teamstruktur, Kommunikation, Beschaffung)
   
4. Monitoring & Controlling (insb. Change Request Prozess, Zielkonflikte, "magisches Dreieck" aus Scope, Time, Budget, ...)
   
5. Closing (Projektabschluss, Lessons Learned)
   

Digitale Lehre
